Q1. How slots are assigned?
A. Slot are assigned automatically once your order status is processing or completed which happens automatically if your payment is cleared. Usually instantly after the order. In case it’s on hold, it means your bank could not process the payment. Contact them.
Q2. How IDP is provided?
A. For every match you will see a ‘IDP Group Link’ button on your order details page. You can also see the assigned slot on this page.
Q3. Daily matches require new groups everyday. Can vendors update these WhatsApp links?
A. Yes. Vendors will have access to a dashboard, from where they can update links for matches that are played daily.
Q4. What happens if the match is started and then a customer places the order for that match?
A. Our system prevents orders once a match has started. So no order shall go through.
Q5. Can vendors see which slots has been assigned to which team?
A. Yes. Vendor can see order details for every match and they can also see assigned slots for every team for their listed matches.
Q6. How do you payout vendors?
A. Currently we support only UPI payments.
Q7. Do you support large scale tournament hosting?
A. Yes. Currently we support up-to 256 groups and up-to 20 slot per group. Feel free to reach us through Contact Us page if you need more groups than currently supported.
Q8. How the points are distributed?
A. It really depends on the vendors how they distribute the points for their matches. But we, LetsTandav, currently use BGIS 2024 PTD system, You can check it here;
