1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LetsTandav ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of the platform at letstandav.comand any associated mobile or desktop interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Users aged 13–17 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent and supervision.
• You must be a resident of India or otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gaming and esports activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdictions.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or other restrictions is prohibited.

3. Platform Description

LetsTandav is an esports match management platform. It allows:

• Players to register accounts, form teams, and book slots in paid scrims and free tournaments for BGMI, PUBG Mobile, and COD Mobile.
• Organisations ("Orgs") to apply for hosting rights, create and manage matches, collect entry fees, and distribute prizes — subject to our approval and ongoing compliance.

LetsTandav is a platform intermediary. We facilitate the connection between Orgs and players but are not ourselves the organiser of any individual match. Orgs are solely responsible for delivering the match experience and prizes they advertise.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@letstandav.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of compromise or abuse while we investigate.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or sold to any other person.

6. Match Participation Rules

• Slot booking is confirmed only after your entry-fee debit is fully processed. Reserving a slot without completing payment is not guaranteed.
• Room IDs and passwords are released only after the payment window closes and the match lobby is finalised.
• Once the room ID has been shared, the slot is considered used regardless of whether you join the match.
• If a match is cancelled by the Org before the room ID is shared, your entry fee is automatically refunded to your Wallet.
• You are responsible for joining on time. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
• Any gameplay must comply with the terms of service of the respective game (BGMI, PUBG Mobile, or COD Mobile).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use cheats, hacks, aimbots, macros, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collude with opponents, match-fix, or engage in any form of tournament manipulation.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban, slot limit, or entry restriction.
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for entry fees that were validly consumed (i.e., room ID was shared).
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, Org administrators, or LetsTandav staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Use the Platform for any activity that violates Indian law, including the IT Act 2000 and its amendments.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without refund of Wallet balance, at our sole discretion. Serious violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Organisation (Org) Responsibilities

Orgs are vetted by LetsTandav before receiving hosting access. By hosting on the Platform, Orgs agree to:

• Deliver the match as advertised — correct game, mode, time, and prize pool.
• Publish results accurately and within 24 hours of match completion.
• Disburse prize money to winners within 48 hours of result publication.
• Cancel matches in advance (before room-ID release) if they cannot be conducted, triggering automatic refunds.
• Respond to player disputes raised through the Platform within 48 hours.

Orgs that repeatedly fail to meet these obligations will have their hosting rights suspended or revoked.

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a match outcome or prize, raise it via the dispute form on the match detail page within 24 hours of result publication. LetsTandav will investigate and mediate between the player and the Org. Our decision is final on Platform-related matters. LetsTandav is not liable for prize money owed by an Org that has been suspended or banned, but we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate recovery.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, code, and design (except game assets owned by their respective publishers) are the intellectual property of LetsTandav. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.

By uploading content (avatars, team logos) you grant LetsTandav a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LetsTandav's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount credited to your Wallet in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of prizes or in-game items. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for a material breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon termination, any remaining Wallet balance is forfeited if the account was terminated for a violation; otherwise we will attempt to facilitate a refund of unused Wallet balance on a case-by-case basis.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Maharashtra, India.
